Ian has a strong track record of collaboratively delivering major group-wide transformation across a number of industries.

Initially training as a Chartered Accountant with PwC in London, Ian began building his broad portfolio of experience in investment banking including time with HSBC, followed by senior strategic and operational roles with Qantas, Sydney Airport, Metcash and most recently as a member of the Coles Group executive leadership team.

Ian holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Edinburgh and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, [Institute of Company Directors, [Institute of Mediators and is a qualified executive coach].
